I like to turn off my phone and sit in my backyard, listening to the birds, and feeling the weather Taking care of yourself is essential if you want to be able to take care of others effectively. It's essential to take time for rest and relaxation in order to recharge your batteries. This could mean taking a nap, reading a book, or simply sitting quietly and focusing on your breath. Whatever helps you unwind and feel refreshed, make it a priority in your daily routine. Make Time for Physical Activity. Remember that it's okay to prioritize your own needs and well-being. Connect with Others. Maintaining social connections is important for our mental health and well-being.
